Ginger and spearmint herbal tea for digestive support
Ginger is a great herb for digestion. It increases circulation and is good for cold, stagnant issues. It is often used for nausea, arthritic pain, and migraines. Spearmint compliments ginger wonderfully for a soothing experience.

Ingredients: organic spearmint (Mentha spicata), organic ginger (Zingiber officinale)
Directions: Fill tea infuser with 1 Tbsp of tea and place in mug. Fill mug with 8oz of hot water and let steep for 10-12 minutes, or until desired strength is reached.
